The world’s first, greenfield city 217 square kilometer that was planned entirely digitally. Fabric was used to import the initial master plan via a web service provided by the regional authority comprising cadastral data and zoning data – and then reverse engineer a detailed planning scheme that would maximize financial returns while delivering sustainability goals set by the authority. The idea was to simulate a 6D parametric model having spatial, temporal, performance and cost parameters, analyze the services available and check if the services are matching the land use plan or not
